As a Senior Designer freelancing with Made In House, I created a range of customer-facing designs including email campaigns, branded gift cards, and in-store collateral. My work focused on bringing Chipotle’s impactful aesthetic to life across both digital and physical touchpoints, ensuring consistency while keeping the brand’s energy and personality front and center.

Wicked Email
Of course we couldn’t miss out on celebrating the launch of Wicked. While it wasn’t an official partnership, the goal was to keep Chipotle Rewards in the mix by leaning into the magical theme everyone was talking about. The design was 100% hand-drawn and illustrated, built around bold line patterns inspired by the world of Wicked (while also sneaking in the avocado as a playful nod to the famous clock). The animation brought the illustration to life, helping the piece feel timely and engaging while still keeping the offer and CTA front and center.




Halloween Email
The idea here was to give Rewards members a fun, seasonal way to earn extra points during Halloween. We wanted something instantly iconic for the holiday, which led us to the magic ball concept, directly tying into the idea of seeing your future. Everything was hand-illustrated, with spooky colors, handwritten type, and detailed line work to give it that extra special feel. The crystal ball revealed the offer through animation, making the promo feel both festive and rewarding.
